It's been part of the reason I've been going on many walks.

I actually happened to watch this WH briefing, the first one I have watched. Trump asked the doctors to look into whether ingesting bleach or cleaning alcohol in some form could kill the virus. Whoa!

What do I know? Who can I trust? My intuition tells me, that's it, but is it just faked wishful thinking? These statements in public receive the blaming feedback ( in Germany, Austria, Switzerland) that those statement-givers refuse to see that the broken out tiger in a zoo is dangerous.
Comparing apples with pears is always a good trick to distract. Looks like some kinda emotional war is starting where people take their critized opinions very personally.
Is there an objective world? Science seems to ignore their own quantum physics.
Eyes wide open, no fear.

Ok. Whenever you have a flu-like disease, doctors and laymen alike first entertain the possibility that sunlight, heat could help make the virus less potent. At least where I live, that is common knowledge. Being a regular victim of having a cold myself, I can vouch for these treatments to be effective for a regular cold. Moreover, while the world scrambles for a treatment or a vaccine, these modalities are the usual suspects. This is a link, speaking of this phenomenon of this coronavirus, as early as the 22nd of March, this year: https://www.cebm.net/covid-19/do-weather-conditions-influence-the-transmission-of-the-coronavirus-sars-cov-2/

On the other hand, the video you have posted is of Florida, some state in the U.S.A. The US administration which has:
  • Downplayed the entire disease, in the nascent stages of the pandemic, thus making the U.S. the worlds no. 1 hotspot.
  • Later, falsely claimed to have taken the threat of the pandemic seriously and to have taken all required steps, including adequate testing.
  • Recommended an untested drug, viz Hydroxychloroquine. There was no real evidance to show that it worked.

And now, this.

The question was never if this modality worked, it was only that whether it was enough to stop the disease from spreading.

Now this is another man, talking about how sunlight and humidity can solve all the problems of that the world is facing. But these are really simple experiments, checking the half life of a pathogen under heat and humidity. I wonder why it is always the White house that comes up with all the cutting-edge stuff like this. The remaining world and all it's governments, the Chinese, Indians, Europe, the rest of the world .... We're all fools. We can't spray an aerosol in a **** drum, and look down a microscope to see how many of 'em germs still live. Danm, if the Chinese and Italians just knew, that a good Sauna bath could have saved countless lives, and all the fuss.

Cheers, Mr. Mckenna! Let's all put all COVID suspects in a huge steam-bath! Everything will be just normal after that.

What is the credibility of the podium from which this government-guy is talking, after all that his ilk and companions have done?

The narrator of the video has a special soft corner for the skimpy-clad college people who were drinking or partying on some beach. In you free time, Mr. Mckenna, which apparently you have in abundance now, also question the credibility, level of understanding, and overall mental soundness of this angry, T.V. watching YouTuber.

Really? I don't care, either way. I don't know if you're joking or something. But is this THE Jed Mckenna, who wrote all those smart Spiritual Trilogy books?

What on earth are you doing with this forum or mailing list? Isn't it you who relentlessly policed this forum to keep it only about the personal journeys of it's members? If you think the content you're sharing is of some awakening value, let me tell you otherwise. There is a website called YouTube. There, we can waste endless hours of our lives watching content, the sort of which you just posted. If by some stretch, you wish to imply that it helps me, or other forum members in their realization, I really fail to understand where you're coming from. It was my understanding, that you made this forum with the single, sharp and stated purpose of delusion-recognition and growth in the related realms. If I'm wrong, and you made the forum for self-gratification, the mistake is mine, and I shouldn't hold you accountable to your mails.

Maybe you have more important, and different plans. I say so with no sarcasm.

Inside, outside, honestly, I don't care.

Many did. We could be right. We might be wrong.

Generally, you shouldn't be handing out advice like this. Unless you're joking, in which case, my bad.

Please don't let this post spoil your mood. I'd remove it myself if you want to. You're the boss here.

Thanks,
Dobby.

Where I am, Houston, TX, I don't know what's the fuss about this virus. People walk around in the neighborhood, kids play outside, I jog in the park under the sun. I know there is risk, but human also have survival instincts. I can judge for myself what's dangerous, thank you very much government.

That video is hilarious - I just felt relief when I heard the commentator that I am not inside his head - what a place to be! Of course that may sound smug, but really I wouldn't swap places with him or his head any day. I experience quite an aversion to all this drama; some speculation around Covid-19 is interesting up to a point but when it is contaminated with the drama I walk away.

There are so many do's and don't's, thisses and thats, shoulds and shouldn'ts at the moment. As people's insecurities and uncertainties rise so does the all the s h i t surrounding it all - I am not interested in wading through all of it, though at times it is impossible not to. But I won't be bounced around by random, daily news reports - I am just not interested. But thanks for sharing that video Jed - it was a real shocker and opened my eyes to some of the associated hilarity and craziness which I usually steer clear of.

Anyway off to the beach now in my designer bikini .... :)

Hi Meno:

Total agreement, but the issue frequently for me is that some very strange guy driving down the road with his weird hat and sunglasses and needing a shave and wounding like he has had three beer and gone off his meds .... well... I have to put that aside because I only care about the message... the data or the info. He, or she, might be a bit if a jerk, but have they found a jewel? Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

Take care, and keep searching for jewels.

Love ya, Jed.

Yes I agree, and often it takes the 'crazy' appearing ones to get the message out and spread. The result of which can be life saving or fatal (another beautiful paradox) - I'm just watching some of the show. I've been listening to Joseph Farrell this morning - thanks for the heads up on him in the other thread - fascinating.

The search for truth continues.... but easy to forget what one's actually looking for, in my case at least  ??? !!

Makes you wonder, I'm just sayin, could it be... you don't think they... nah... that couldn't be.

Love ya and keep inquiring.... as to who might be 'saved'.... and what would it mean to be 'saved' and do you have any say in it... and... well... I give up... sleep time for me.

Jed.
