Am I ever separate from that which is experienced?

No.

Where is the boundary between experience and awareness?

There isn't one.

If there is no boundary between experience and awareness then they are not separate. There is no awareness 'of' something.

Experience is awareness.

It's all the same 'thing'.

Mind, the creator of separation, seems to be awareness when it is unaware of itself.

I feel like no-thing but I am everything. Or, maybe, everything is what I am.

All good, but just more words. What is it all appearing within?

Yes, just words but required to really cement understanding so it becomes experience and lessens the need to question and engage with mind. When the spark of an insight occurs and is written as correctly/honestly as possible, re-read, contemplated, re-written/expanded, understood and is true/validated, there is a release (movement of energy, calm and clarity/receding of mind). This seems to be important for the process which is happening and is the feedback by which truth communicates.

Relaxing attention to thought by placing attention on the emptiness (what it's all appearing within) immediately reduces the grip of thought. This has the physical characteristics of a relaxed gaze - seeing rather than looking.

Mind seems to go through regular minor melt down phases where experience becomes more of a dream and confused. These events seem to be left to their own devices as far as is possible and things settle down.

Examining/feeling the solidity of experience, it appears to be empty.

Mental images of body-mind doing are devoid of substance. The familiar energetic movement patterns of feeling/emotion associate with the separate doing mind and create the bond of doing/experiencing.

Watch it, pick it apart, validate ... more emptiness, awareness, opportunity, less intensity.

Nothing ever happened and everything has already happened.

Injected and working on it.

The background is slowly becoming the foreground. Thoughts and feelings of 'me' are being seen through and released. Presence is always here, not caring and going nowhere.

Knowing for sure that I am nothing to do with anything presented in mind, it is now a case of rejecting it all and trusting in what I am.

It's going ok, almost like a re-training exercise in attention, a re-orientation in one fundamental belief and a loosening of habit. The more this is done, the more apparent the mistake of 'me' becomes.

It feels great wondering around a city barely there. Strangely, lots of people smile at me.

The process is doing its thing, continually, from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep.

I am not anything experienced. Simple. This is so obvious but still a little sticky due to habit.

Every day awareness loosens the grip some more and the certainty and clarity of no-me increases.

Interpretation of experience seems to be made from the movement of awareness appearing as patterns of thought. Attachment to that, or somehow through that, distorts. As the movement slows and thought is disidentified with, awareness recognises itself more and more as the unmoving nothingness to which everything appears.

Yesterday I had the slightest sense that I was nothing but everything was me.

Further, however, never try to replicate and experience. That will only get in the way of whatever arises next.

Thank you. Yes, desire maintains the prison and I am not interested in experiences. I am aware of whatever comes up and allow that to be. Looking/searching for something which cannot be found is a waste of effort and ultimately pointless. Noticing and understanding the futility of the mechanism of looking is worthwhile though.

This is very much a freestyling activity. I find myself oscillating between looking at thought (noticing the 'appearance' of things - body, knowledge etc) and resting with myself. This includes feeling the energy and movement of thoughts and then the space it arises within. Noticing and becoming increasingly convinced of the fabrication that thought brings with it helps to dismantle the house.

Frustration is always a good feeling to let go of - it's interesting to feel the energy of that and release it. I find it far more effective to release a feeling than a thought.

I am interested in truth only and not any side shows which happen along the way.
