Depression
« on: March 18, 2018, 11:45:08 pm »
Hello I've read the enlightenment trilogy and I think this is the place for straight-talk. I hope you can help
I feel depressed and I don't want to feel this way. I also know other people who are depressed and I want to help them recover too.
I've been through mountains of books, videos, articles, and nothing has helped in the long-term because it always comes back worse.

Do you have any experience with overcoming depression, or do you know how it can be done?
If you don't know anything about it, or if this is the wrong forum can you (or anyone) direct me to a good source?

High there and welcome to the forum.

You have given me very little to work with... other than the fact that you appear to be depressed and want to help others who are experiencing depression. STOP right there! As you are probably aware, there is no point in helping others until you have figured your own way out.. and I can tell you from extensive experiences, most people love their depression. It becomes an identity and, contrary to logic, it becomes who they think they actually are... which is b.s. of course.

So, so the short strokes, convince me that you want out, I mean really want out.

Love ya, Jed.

You can definitely help folks, but they have to have crawled 3.75 km over broken glass with no shoes and then paid you with their first born... otherwise it's hopeless..... no hope... better work on something easier first, i.e. you, and then after that you will realize there is no one else to who needs help.

Whatever brought up or created this ''thing'' is not there for purposes of ''lifting'' it is there to be experience fully, 100% and if that kills you, so what? You only ''think'' you are alive anyways. Welcome EVERYTHING.... nothing less will do. Stop whining and just grovel in all those stories.

Love ya, Jed.

P.S. The way out is always through.

Saw a t-shirt once, said; "Change is good... you go first''.

Gotta love it,

Cheers.

While writing to it, I suggest you also contemplate it. Just nothing welcoming everything.

Mind fogging over. Please clarify who this ''you'' is that you are talking about. When you say ''you'' are you pointing at me? How do you know how experience is for me?

Please rewrite in the first person.

Thanks in advance.

Love ya, Jed.

You are getting more out of being a human than you think you will get out of T/R. Just relax and human. Who cares? Really... who cares? Stop lying to yourself and just enjoy the dream.

Radio Fear 101... loving it. Absurdly good times are highly encouraged... why not?

Keep up the breathing as best you can, but the point is to find a natural and gentle way, no stress.

Love ya, Jed

Just a note.... it's as impossible to win and argument as it is to lose one.

I don't know what has you asking such silly questions... what do you hope to gain... as an aside, I have never received a penny from ad rev, wouldn't even know how to do it, much less care.

Now, grow up and ask some REAL questions.

Love ya, Jed.
