Fleeting Non-Dual Awareness

Jed,

This week I started SA off the phrase 'I am,' and I got to a point where I really felt down to the core of my being that 'I' am either nothing or everything, and even that distinction is a fruitless definition exercise. Over the past few days I have slipped in and out of non-dual awareness. To clarify I've experienced mystical union many times and this is NOT that, it is a very distinct and new feeling. There's been a lot of laughing, a lot of bursting with love, a lot of almost short circuiting.

When I'm in that state I have no questions, but when I come down it's all fuzzy again and I'm left scratching my head. Did you experience fleeting non dual awareness before you experienced abiding non dual awareness? Do you have any advice for me?

Side note, I've written you 10 or so messages on this board in the last week that I didn't end up sending. It's like the act of writing you the question answers it for me, so I can delete it and move on. Pretty funny.

As always thank you for your time.

Dear A;

Welcome to the forum. Many students write and then erase.

Regarding you in and out, I experience something like that, but more like touching a hot stove and going, ''Oh crap!".

Just DO NOT try to repeat ANY experience. Stay with that ''I'' and remain totally open to whatever arises.

Love ya, Jed.
