When the body/mind is doing little in the way of activity then consciousness without attachment to the body mind is more apparent (apparent isn’t quite the right word though its more like undifferentiated consciousness is what is happening). When the bodymind is triggered into an involved action then  the awareness of consciousness reduces to pretty much an undetectable background noise. Can you say something on this? It’s like true reality gets sucked back into the contraction of human form.
