Ok I've had 3 awakenings now "I" ;)
attention keeps getting pulled into maya
Seems like awareness becomes realized at night when I lay in bed with no external stimulus and even then I can't control when it dies or not, of course I can't control any of it, it really is just a demo of a computer game, like that's not even an analogy! Except you can't save and reload (actually maybe we can It just hasn't happened yet) but anything to say on the shifting of attention habit back into believing the story? It's frustrating because when I'm in awake mode it seems so obvious and truth just hits my cadaver naturally. Then I wake up the next morning and the attention is back in maya. Only a memory of clarity seems to remain in that moment. But urgh I know the oneness is really all that's going on. When I wrote that sentence my human mind remembered it. And going back to truth is unable to be expressed. Hope I make sense. Thanks me/you!

Remain as open to whatever arises as you possibly can. Do you best to not label it or try to repeat anything.

Love ya, Jed.

Actually I want to describe it. It's like a separation from my experience until nothing matters. Its weird because the thoughts keep popping up but they are pointless. From the minds perspective it's a bit depressing everything is futile. But then I've gotta do something with my time here now, so I'll just fill maya up with more pointless stuff. But at least I know it's just a game now. It'd be nice not to get sucked into it so much in the moment though. Maybe that gets less over time. Doesn't really matter. So just be open to whatever it get. There are no boundaries or definitions to anything. I don't get how I am other people tho. Aww she's seems separate to my story and my experience of the world, and it seems separate to other people too

Might seem that way, but can you be sure? I can't even find ''others'' let alone know what they ''think'' or even if they ''think''.

Who cares?

Love ya, Jed.

Urghhhh I just do t get it. I'm stuck. The mind can't get me back there. Being aware of it isn't helping

I can't say that I don't know because what knows that? But that thing that I can flip into where I just watch everything like it's just phenomena is hidden easily by habit and by maya demanding my attention. I don't get enough time to just sit in awareness

Is it really that simple? Just watching my thoughts and perceptions in a detached way? People make this stuff sound like it's angels and trumpets! It's just observing ego and trying to get used to being the thing observing all that phenomena

So if everyone becomes aware that they are this oneness does that mean the oneness stops being able to experience itself? And then it will like collapse in on itself and maybe have to start all over again?

Hi Jed,
I went to a satsang of a local guru. He was talking about addictions and how self-love is the cure. I don't understand the notion of self-love. I have gotten to the point where I realize there is no self now. How does an I that doesn't exist love itself? Am I getting confused in semantics here? I hope this makes sense.
