If you have to ask then you are not experiencing it. Just relax and breathe. What will come will come and what doesn't come, doesn't come.

Love ya, Jed.

Hi Jed,

In watching my ego, thoughts are the easiest. But it seems I am repressing my emotions. I can't feel my feelings. Before I get to this stuff, I look on positive side of things, I ignore negative emotions, but like I said, I can't watch what I can't feel.

Does this make sense? How do I know these repressed emotions?

Emotions are just conversations in your head about stimulus in the body. Highly over rated. Pay them little attention.

Hi Jed,

I feel restless. I feel restless by realizing that I can function by doing nothing. It is ingrained me that I should be doing that my mind is resisting "awareness". There is nothing to be done and I feel like I am "trying" to do nothing to achieve something. I know you get this point. I feel helpless and anxious that I am stopping myself by stopping myself by stopping.....

Well, as I am writing this, I am trying to relax. It's weird. Trying to relax? Sorry for the rant. Anyways, what do you propose for this restlessness in doing nothing/something. Let me know if you are confused with my words and I will try to make it more clearer.

Regards,
Sam

Try breathing properly. Important and usually overlooked.

Hi Jed,

I have tried breathing deeply. But I feel pain physiologically. Is that normal? How do you breathe properly. It is a dumb question. Anyway, will get back to you after trying this.

Would you say that this journey entails loss of enjoyment? Lack of interests on the things that is going on. I feel like I am just tricking myself. As if, I am not trying but actually I am trying.

The closer you get to realizing your True Nature the less you will find worldly things attract and confuse you. There are certain rewards to realizing Truth Is, but they are more subtle than the grosser facets of ''normal'' life. If I had to label them, I would use satisfaction, peace and walking a few inches off the ground... figuratively of course. I have yet to levitate and such would be pointless, but hmmm... you never know. I levitate and fly very frequently in night dreams.

Love ya, Jed.

I fully understand now that I am not my thoughts. Sometimes my emotions get to me and I forget this. What is the value of understanding?

Why can't I accept that I am already that? Why do I keep forgetting that I am that?

Jed,

How do I deal with resistance?

My mind is quiet but when it is disturbed, it goes back to chaos.

As usual, I have a different take on that kind of thing. In my experience there is no me to deal with any thing. Also, the mind is a total collection (well... almost total) of other people's and institution's efforts to perpetuate the illusion(s) of this dream. Thus all your fretting is about stuff that has nothing to do with the real You. Who cares if your mind is in chaos or not. Chaos is just a concept and your mind is not where the answers lie. All of it's answers are lies.

Pay mind no heed, observe what arises next, breathe and just be. No more is called for. Remember, thinking is the problem, not the solution.

All belief is no belief. You are right that those are non sense. That's what I found out for myself when asking questions. The action that I made is just that, action.

But for me, beliefs and actions are tools. There is no I to improved, but this body can improved. And it goes on and on, duality, as long as this body is available for entertainment.

What are your views in the improvement of physical body, the universe for that matter? If that is the case, is it just "happening" and it will come to pass when the universe makes it so? Or to be simple, do you believe in vision for the humanity, to help them and how is it a hindrance to T/R,

There is no universe other than a dreamt universe, humanity is a part of the dream as well. Many well meaning folks want to change the world, make it a better dream, be loving and compassionate... and a large number of these folks are living miserable lives and treating the garbage collector better than their own family. They are much more concerned about appearance than the Truth. All that you need to change or improve, if that is your goal, exists right now in the totality of what you can see around you. Take care of anything you feel like taking care of, but I strongly suggest you never go outside of that approx. 25 ft radius.

The current situation in this dream is perfect when seen as a dream and very imperfect when viewed from the dreamt individual. When you can see both of these apparently mutually exclusive points of view, then decide if you want to change something or anything, or perhaps nothing at all. If you really want to contribute to this world, the best way is find out your True Nature, T/R, Enlightenment, or whatever you wish to call it.

Love ya, Jed

Hi Jed,

I am earnest in realizing my T/R. However, there is so much illusion that I only can get my consciousness when I am meditating. It is like I can do that, when I remembered it.

Okay, so maybe, my question is. Is the process gradual? Somehow, I know that it isn't because I am always my T/R nature. But sometimes, I get caught in illusion. Is dropping off the illusion gradual or sudden?

Thanks!
