Hi Jed:

Ah, at first, because I'm not a native English speaker, so there may be some grammar faults or strange sentences below.

I used to get stuck in some questions like "how to enlightenment?""how they can do this?""there must be a way to enlightenment, where's the way?".It makes me feel myself like ****, I thought that there must exist something stuck me.

All are a dream. Enlightenment is a dream, this sentence means this word "enlightenment" is the reason why I can't see the truth. In other words, I stuck myself by some words and ideas and some feels like pity, look-down, or what else.

The truth is simple, no more simple. Whenever I use a word to describe the truth, it is not the truth. So the word truth is not the truth, enlightenment is not enlightenment.

Thank you Jed, you're book have helped me.

Hi Dennis:

Welcome and don't worry about your English. Maybe you have a specific question you would like to ask me. If so, fire away.

Love ya, Jed.

Hi Jed:

Something had happened few month ago. After that, a speaker in my brain has clam down (or just superseded? I'm not sure.), and I can use a no-thinking way to see this world and myself.

I now in a strange situation, there are two parts in myself, one is indifferently, while another part is anxiously. I want to change this situation, but at the same time I know there's no need to change. I'm anxious, but not anxious. It is wired, and I don't know what is this.

Thanks a lot

Dennis

It's perfectly natural and is the adjustment that the Zen monks refer to. It may go on for quite a while and I suggest you just welcome everything that comes to you.

Love ya, Jed.
