No living the past, strictly prohibited, if for no other reason than it doesn't exist, never did.

Love ya, Jed.

Hmm... prohibited. Regression=Transgression? Does the present 'exist'? Like right now? What is memory for?

Funny cuz I had 3 "special" photos--yesterday. I tore up 2 of them, but kept 1. I couldn't seem to part with it. The 2 were obviously fake, but the 3rd seemed still 'real' even though it was about 20 years old.

What a life: accumulate, accumulate, you name it, accumulation... then: letting go of, more letting go of, 2 steps forward, 1 step backward... it still does not affect the outcome=nothing.

I'm bewildered.

Anything you think you own or control, owns and controls you.

So the image I "saved" was of a friend who moved out-of-state. Sometimes we text or talk. So after saving that image, we texted concerning an Emily Dickerson poem, "It dropped so low in my regard," a poem I think encompasses everything. Anyway, turns out we are both reading the same book, Being Mortal. So that made this person, for the umpteenth time, appear to be a soul mate. Are there such things, or is it only "a simple twist of faith," or one of Maya's many distracting tricks?

Haha-- Freudian slip: "faith" instead of "fate" -- so therein lies my answer, perhaps?
