lost
« on: February 18, 2018, 02:01:46 pm »
I feel scared, depressed and Im about to lose my mind.
"I am that" by Nisargadatta had no effect on me. I started very enthusiastically but after the first half I had to stop. His words appear to me as the same bla bla as from any other guru. Since then I didnt touch a book.
So here I am again, with nothing and no plan.
Maybe there is nothing more in this world. Just to accept the life in and around you while you are not able to do anything.

Thanks for sharing and welcome to the forum.

I didn't get any question, so I don't have any answer (well... I don't have any answers anyways.)

Now, I suggest you relax, breathe and STOP trying to experience something that is unimaginable.... but inevitable.

Love ya, Jed.

What are you expecting to happen? Seriously. Sounds like you have a pic or feeling of what should be.

Let me know.

Since there is no reason or sense in life, I want myself to live according to that. More I dont expect.

Are you living by the words, ''Since there is no reason or sense in life,'' or are you living by the direct experience.. and who is doing this living?

Sooner or later everybody has to decide how to live

I disagree, emphatically. There is no ''you'' to decide anything. You are being lived, plain and simple. It's struggle free when you let it be.

Maybe you are right. Anyways to me it doesnt make sense to suffer in life instead of just enjoying life. There is only that is coming close to the sense of life and that is to enjoy it.
I still dont know how.

How you do that? Sounds very theoretical.
