Confusion is good, don't fight it.

The Series has a number of contemplations in it, but one is specifically aim at such things as you G/F may have experienced. It is light years beyond any conventional therapy in terms of how much effort and time it takes. Needless to say, I don't recommend covering these things up with drug, pharma or otherwise.

Thank you for your questions..

Very few people want T/R or Enlightenment. What pretty much everyone wants is to be happy. The search for your True Nature is almost always a subtly disguised search for some release from the pain of humanness.... which pain no human is immune from. The commercial result is that selling bliss is big business. Delivering usually comes up a little short.

H/A is about dropping all the childishness that one carries with them. It is usually very freeing and can certainly lead to a happier life. The deeper value lies in the way being adult facilitates a better chance of experiencing the Divine Accident. The order is become and adult first and T/R (which can be quite disturbing and changes ones life inexorably) later.  Bliss comes and goes and is a symptom, not a cause. Yes, I use T/R and realizing you True Nature to describe the same indescribably non-experience.

For your first question, I would say yes.

For the rest, forget about me and any projections and assumptions you might have about your ''future'' experiences. That will just hide you present experience. Relax, breath and let everything be as it is.

The Mind/Body conspiracy is something we go into in the Series. They communicate, and very fast indeed.

The reason... to support the conspiracy.

There are methods that can bring the subconscious into conscious awareness, but certain not in it's totality.

Last sentence is a statement followed by a question mark.

Does not compute.

Got it... now, can you just let it be without having to ''get'' anything.

You already have a wondrously magical dream occurring in you right now... you really don't need to bother with anything else... just enjoy it all.

Fretting is pretty much the cause of all aging...  but like fretting, aging is just in the dream.
