Hi Rene:

Thank you for your question. First off, the word ''further'' can be used in any situation because what I am tell one is that if they are asking they are not Truth Realized (i.e. the realization that Truth Is) and under that condition (not the best word) there is always something more to be done. Of course, I don't always know exactly what it needed but there are some very standard things such as forgiveness of self and other plus releasing  past hurts and importance... and there are more.

I have never said (to my recollection) that ''essence is''.. and it all depends on what you think, feel or experience as ''essence''. It may well not be the same for me.

If, as you say, you ''stop thinking'' then how are your ''triggers'' activated. That usually requires ''thinking'' in my experience and observations. If other ''imaginary'' people are causing you fear then you have much work to do and ''further'' regardless of what it might mean to you is appropriate.

It's not so much that ''hard'' work is required, but I will say that intelligent/effective work needs to be applied and perhaps unfortunately, there is a huge mass of confusing and misleading information on how to do that.

Other people don't have triggers, you are the one with triggers.. and they just might be activated by another's activity. However, it you have not triggers then nothing ''goes'' off. I suggest you look closely at you triggers. You may also want to look at those around you who are not particularly good for you. There is such a thing as toxic people and it can be appropriate to just have nothing to do with them.

Love ya, Jed.
