It is dizzying to watch the thoughts. Physically, I'm in a dizzy state anyway with my head pulsating, some left side paralysis and an eye that won't blink. Compared to what I'm used to these physical things are very different and focusing on thoughts coming in really is disquieting.

As each thought arrives and is observed it seems to burst like a balloon. One after another poof, poof, poof. Sometimes the succession is rapid and I can barely keep up.

Since this physical stuff began in January there's been a lot of music pouring through my head. Just streams of random music, or perception of "mind's ear" sounds (since it isn't really sound) that can be a sort of beat or pattern. At times these just roll  over and over. I can't say  that I haven't experienced it prior to January, but it is more prevalent for sure.

Does that musicy stuff count as a thought? Watching it and then having it pop like a balloon only to restart again is dizzying.

Sure, a musical thought...why not?

Cheers.

Nothing is next. I'm not getting off the roller coaster. Its just that I know that I ended up with the ticket and that I'm not driving the thing.

When you realize that there is no you seeing anything, then the nothingness is going to stick.. but don't ask me to what....
