SA practice
« on: December 15, 2014, 06:57:57 am »
Hi Jed,

I have been writing or sometimes just thinking with SA technique, and have been cleaning up a lot of garbage, now it comes to a strong emotion, it feels so angry whenever i think of a certain person, i still feel the emotion is so real whenever i remember this person, i am stuck here....  any hint for me?

and then i start to ask my self, who is angry?.......

"I" am angry, it's me, I am sensing, I am listensing, I am thinking....
everything is me....
but I don't not how to prove it is not....
would you please give a hint?
Thanks a lot

Love zoe

Dear Zoe:

Welcome to the forum. What you are experiencing is nothing unusual, but that's not to say it's not real, at least to you and in your world. There is a very specific and effective method of dealing with it, but it takes an extensive explanation and a little practice on your part. It is covered in the Nav Series, but I won't go into it here.

I suggest you realize that your anger is due to the illlusion, Maya/ego, reinforcing it's illusionary hold on you. Just watch and keep in mind that it's all in mind and mind is non-existent. It's the mind/body conspiracy.

Love ya, Jed.

Thanks Jed,

it is a good remaindering, when i start watching it, it is creating a distance between the anger and me, when i am able to come back to the "I", the emotion becomes a illusion....  ;D

it can be shifted from the anger to me, wow, it is fun to play with this shifting, I am here and the anger is there, the distance seems to be a cleaner to clear up something which is not. thanks Jed
