Good question... and here is a good answer... well.. maybe.

Focus on what is aware. When you look at memories, scenes and thoughts... you are looking ''out''. Just be aware that something is aware... observe that thingy that is aware as best you can.

As I keep going on, the questions people ask me start to lose sense. It feels as if something is missing for there to be any sense made out of what they're saying.

I realized recently anytime I judge anyone or make an opinion on them, I'm making a reflection of my own reality on them. It's not real, I'm just projecting my beliefs everywhere, when really, none of it's true...

O.K. Got, nothing is true/real... now something (at least one thing) must be true... or maybe nothing at all, ever, in all universes is true. Try substituting ''real'' for ''true''. How does that work for you? I suggest you ponder that, just play with it.

I don't get it. All it seems like is that there's truth and then on the flip side all of the lies and beliefs. All you do is get rid of it all how can there be a difference between adulthood and T/R if S/A invariably leads to getting rid of all of the lies. There's only one place to go...

Is there some way I can gain enough emotional energy to keep going with my autolysis? It just feels like I'm losing motivation.

What wrong with losing your motivation? Stop all S/A and ALL seeking. See how long you can maintain that.

If the only thing I know is that "I am" how can I know if I'm going to die? I can't say for sure one way or the other if I'm going to...

Important point here. You know that you ''are''. What informs you of that. Seriously. How do you know you are... and then, how do you know you aren't dead now?

I know I am because there seems to be an experience here

We could pursue this back and forth for a while... so let me cut to what I experience and you tell me if it's similar for you. I have a sense that I am because of ..well... my senses. My sensual experience is interpreted by mind as meaning there is a me...and that... coming out of  a mind, is directly connected to the creation a personal ''me''. ''I'' think that ''I'' exist.

Now, what if that is all made up, all a type of fictional construct? Look closely and see what is there for you. Remember, it''s your experience that matters, not mine. I only point and leave you to your own vises. I'm talking about the ones made of cast iron.

Your body is not you, it is in you. Anything that is real lasts forever and doesn't change. The body that you think is real is not real. It's a dreamed character... but just talking about this is not much help... one has to put in the work.

I'm starting to write about my mom a lot because you said that's the place where this journey begins. Is it ok to write about other things at the same time because there's a lot of stuff coming up that I don't want here anymore.
