Suicide.. the last straw to grasp at.

The last weapon ego has to assert control of this whole show.

One final act, after which the curtain drops for good.

But at least there is the comfort that he, ego, was in control for the entire ride.

Better to spill my guts on the battlefield, by my own hand, than to continue without a map.

Having no map is the scariest **** thing imaginable, from where I'm standing right now.

Thinking about it though, it would actually be quite freeing.

How this all will play out, who **** knows...

Dear SS:

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum. Yes, what you say has some truth/reality to it. One thing I know for sure is that whatever you do, it will be absolutely perfect... all I suggest is that you clean out every last importance and attachment, make sure you have forgiven everyone, especially yourself, and BTW, it's a good idea to find out your True Nature as well. If you think ego is in control of anything, then I think it wise to stick around a little longer because you have many wondrous learning ahead.

Write me any time.

Love ya, Jed

Thank you for your reply, Jed.

'Many wondrous learning ahead', sounds good.

Definitely still some cleaning to do, and as for forgiveness..
'Forgive them for they know not what they do' is close to how I view this matter.

Somehow always exempted myself from that, though.

So, a lucid dream. A very tangible sense of control during the dream. Like I've somehow risen above it all and can now exert control over everything in the dream.

But upon waking up, that feeling of lucidity was just another part of the dream, and no more real than any other part of it.

Guess the same applies for normal everyday life, any sense of control is just a part of the whole human experience, which can feel quitte good, but it's just a 'feeling' of control, and says nothing about wether I really do have any control.

Ha, pretty funny, and a relief as well.
Used to try really hard to get control of certain things, but wether I got that feeling of control or not is actually really meaningless.
