Spiritual Autolysis

Hi Jed, I started doing S/A only a week ago and I really, really want to make sure I’m doing it correctly and to the point. To my understanding, I start out with something that I initially believe is true, then examine it closer to discard what I find to actually be false. Then over time, this process helps to de-program the brain (unlearn) from its false assumptions about reality. Am I correct with this?

I felt like I was simply going off on detailed tangents about this body and my conscious experience and using unfamiliar language.

Definitely interested in what you have to say.

Thanks!

Hi Jordan:

That's just fine. However, when you ask yourself ''is that true?'' don't set out to prove anything either way. Just ask and be open to anything. The trick with any inquiry is non-expectation. Just ponder any answer like you would roll colored marbles around in your open hand.

Write anytime.

Love ya, Jed.
