I have practical idea of this powerful thing S/A.........

I am have been going through the mud for the last 2 months or so........ this thing it is crazy mind trip it just make me break down everything in very slow pace which drives me crazy, because something inside says this will take forever LOL................

What I,m asking

Can you tell in very clear way what it is and how to apply it to what I know  to be true because I am finding none so far to be true just words and feelings to be true so far but the voice in the head says you weak and it is there but you will not reach it

I’m doing my best on the S/A practice but this getting no where fast don’t get me wrong it is working on reveling falsehood however, what make this different from eating ice cream same thing different experience.......... you said it takes times even this it could not be true so am I stuck even this could be not true damn.......... this is cool and not cool

If there such thing as the “TRUTH”.

God I must deal with this messy dream state ASAP and Now not later as my mind dreaming And yes I willing to risk everything I mean it.......... I must not wasting any more seconds as I did the in past years of my life fooling around

So my question is: what is the only thing I must put all my attention, focus, awareness, whatever I have within me right right HERE and NOW into ................ to really really WakeUp not “mainstream spiritual Market awakening” I mean real Waking up to “Truth” “reality” the real thing Enlightenment or absolute emptiness whatever it is..........

I know all this things I said above means nothing ultimately
 
I know I am full of lies

I know truth has nothing to me

I know that everything I know might be false
 
I know everything I do or try to do drive me away from truth

However, I am Here writing this post of mine which is a lie but never the less, it is written.


In conclusion-

Jed,

what is Truth,
what is the Direct way to realise it,

And please throught it on my face enough of the lies that I told to my self, a self that might be lie as well( a lies told a lie).
