I want to be free from all the worries, fear, anxiety, should and shouldn't, the sense of uncertainty, insecurity and worthlessness. Is it how an adult is? If yes, then it is what I want. I am not sure if it's all the emotion I mentioned above hold me back. I have a believe that if I live without them I would be destroyed, used or hurt by others.
