Decision to finally wake up
« on: March 18, 2018, 06:37:18 am »
Hello Jed, I first want to thank you for the 'truth' you write in your books. I totally got your messages. I spent years on useless snake oil self-development products, meditations etc to improve myself that never helped me, after reading your books I now see what the problem is.
My decision has come to finally discover the truth. I want to become free and fearless.
I understand that 'fear' is the main emotion that holds us back, that is true. I have in 4 years only spent time on running away from the fear. Many successful people also talk about this fear thingy. I want to learn to practice death, like all the authors you mention in your third book to become free.
Their authors do not tell exactly how to actually practice death.

My questions are:

1. Is it enough to just 'practice death' to become free and fearless?

2. How do I actually practice death?
I have no idea how to practice this death. Is it a meditation where I imagine myself dying? Do I focus on the void/nothingness? I really do not like anymore to practice these spiritual things like meditation etc, is there a way to practice death when I am on the go, working, running etc?
The problem is when I think about death, I do not feel any fear. But I have fears. And you say that it's the fear emotion energy that must be surrendered to, but how do I actually get to feel this fear?

Thanks, i hope you can help.

Best Regards

Hi there:

Thank you for your posts and questions.

So, let me ask you... who is it that wants to become fearless? Seriously. Don't say anything silly like ''Me'' or ''This'' or ''I do''. I won't buy that. Give me specifics... very, very specific(s). Who want's be become fearless.

As shallow and brief as my response to you seems... it is profound in the extreme.

Love ya, Jed.

Thanks for answer

Well when i ask myself that, my answer is 'the mind'? It is the mind, which wants to be fearless and its the mind that fears things?

You do know that ''mind'' is the problem, not the solution.

You do know that .....

You do....

You....

Ah heck, love ya, Jed.

Don't look for your answers in your mind. It's the problem, not the solution.

Love ya, Jed.
