I want to know how to stop my dream character from trying to live up to illusory mental standards that don't even exist. (does that make sense?)

It's not that difficult, just become as aware as possible without seeking to change anything at all. Trust that awareness will do all you dirty work.

I think the universe is handing out lessons today... I just got robbed of some weed and my initial reaction was anger and playing the victim game. Boohoo how could this happen to me, I'm so dumb, yadayada. But then I took a step back from the situation and just observed it. And laughed. Just another experience in the ∞ melting pot of Truth! And an experience is just that, an experience. Who's to judge an experience and say it's good or bad? Who's to judge the criteria used to judge an experience? (on and on to ∞ ) I could've won a million dollars or **** a supermodel today and the outcome would still be the same. I'd still be Truth experiencing myself for ∞. Now obviously my dream character prefers those experiences but thats a story for another time (hopefully)
