Email by permission, from a pretty serious Nav Student:

So I did CI/RI yesterday for like... 6 hours, and my whole body loosened up, first time in my life. I burped like crazzzzzyyyyyyyyy. And I felt thinner in a way, because I wasn't as bloated, haha.... but my chest freed up because it was usually taut. And I stretched my spine, etc, and I could stretch muscles in a way I couldn't before, because now they were loose. Like if a massagist gave me that sort of relaxation, I would call them a magician, haha. Anyway, next day it wears out though, or maybe I just get sucked back into stresses, and now I have to "review" my relaxation by doing CI/RI, haha.

Note from Jed: It's difficult to become aware of subtle chronic stress typical of the western world. When one experiences release of previously held tension it becomes blatantly obvious. One often wonders how on earth the manage for years to not see it, and why didn't they release it before.

"It's difficult to become aware of subtle chronic stress typical of the western world".

Now I know why I have catched this mysterious CFS (Chronic Fatigue syndrom). It's chronic held tension, overpressure, and the body sends symptoms to let go. But conditioning of the mind avoids this, and not only this, it triggers fears by thinking B.S.
Well, I've missed what CI/RI means, can you please explain?
And is there any instruction about "Jed's breathing"?

That CFS is probably accurate. CI/RI is creating and releasing importances, also followed by Collapsing Time and Space on past events. It's a contemplation from the Nav Series. The full body breathing tape is free, just write and request it at the.pasadena.project@gmail.com.

Cheers.
