Of course I do get what you try to point at with the word love, I'm on your side here, merely playing Maya's advocate.

What I was trying to point at is that all words and experiences are contained assumptions, like my assumption that you assumed that I assumed that you assumed that your sense of love was similar to romantic love for instance.

Right now I could go on and assume that you assumed that I have a massive ego, and call you out on that, because it only gives credence to the illusion of separation and strengthens your feeling of individuality and rightness. In turn I would assumedly feel the same thing you are accusing me of, of which you would then accuse me. Repeat ad naseum. But in the end, what else would we have done but played a little more on the schoolyard of Maya?

Honest question: if there is an experience of the infinite, are you reaching out to infinity? Or towards it? An experience of truth is not truth, is it?

There is no experience of the infinite, because that would mean you are bigger than the infinite, which is impossible, same goes for Truth... ow, maybe they are the same?

How do I know I'm not experiencing the infinite right now? Is it necessary to contain the whole ocean to experience the ocean?

I suggest you contemplate the two seeming opposites, everything and nothing.

You are not perceiving anything, yes perceiving does appear to happen but there is no you who could perceive. In this illusion there is no perceiver and nothing is perceived, but perceiving does seem to occur. Don't be fooled by what humans call ''senses''. They are like emotions, always lying.

Why do they call them senses anyway? They point to nonsense.

Everything is everything, all inclusive, beyond definition.  Try to contemplate it?  Is that a joke? Isn't that what we're trying to stop pretending we can do?

Nothing doesn't exist.  It's a mental construct based on nothing.  I can contemplate nothing as an idea, but I don't have a "sense" for nothing other than my creative attempts at nonsense.  I can't actually "think about" nothing.  What would I think about beyond the conclusion that "nothing", isn't?  If the intention is just to soften focus on perception of mental and biological constructs then everything comes into focus as the reality of being.

What is it that seems to experience the infinite ever expansive endlessly creative nature of itself?  And what, if not itself, is it experiencing?  What is infinite but that which cannot be contained and is beyond definition? Can what is beyond definition be experienced? Can it be known, understood, or recognized? If it seems to be any of these things, is it really? It is not contained or retained and yet it seems to be experienced in part by maintianing awareness of an imagined limit, thereby imposing an experience of contrast.  What am I experiencing then? The nothing I've made rubbing up against the everything that is.  Fantastic! LOL

well, what I can say is that having arrived here at page three of this rant: now I have a crystal-clear concept of complicatedness.
there was a question in the beginning, 'why can’t you perceive truth'. according to the speech-play in this forum, the most obvious answer to me would be: because there is no you who could do so.
but on a more subtle level there seems to be…something going on. could it be connected to the oneness...if we need oneness in the context of truth, we must be part of it. and how do you want to perceive the whole thing, if you are only a part (which is better than not being there at all)? same with the whole ocean, you cannot experience the whole ocean as always being at a certain place. there is especially no experience, when you are sitting in your apartment refusing to go for a swim at the ocean where you are, because you want to have the experience and only the experience of ‚all oceans‘.
another possible answer instead of ‚there is no you who could perceive’: you would have to be truth (all oceans) to conceive truth.

Maybe it’s very simple, thoughts thinking is movement (and the creative power of all manifestations). It’s the obstacle for entering into oneness, heaven, spiritual consciousness, kingdom, you name it.
Once the mind is learned to be still this shift will occur very naturally. There is no free will in it, it just appears to happen on its own.
When the mind is still (not a single thought), no movement, there is no perceiver and nothing is perceived just perceiving appears to happen. It’s beyond the sensations of body and mind.
So the answer would be: Stop thinking, I can do this at will (that is what mind wants to believe),  but as there is no me with any will or power it must be ME the impersonal one.
So for the little me it always comes down to this two words, TRUST and ALLOW.  :-* :-*

The breath of life is truth.  Without knowing it I go unconscious. At first, to take it in feels harsh and incompatible with the old construct, but as recognition of truth dawns again and again and the relevance of the old construct fades, I'm swaying to the beat of an age old song everything's been singing all along.
