Another idea that I had about to really take revenge from a different angle is perhaps to consider that, 'what' made your enemies sick and a$$holes in first place is the same 'thing' that is inside you which caused you suffering. It could be reluctance, laziness, unwillingness, fears etc.
If one can push themself and go through these obstacles it's like defeating your enemy, or not being one like them. 🤔
It's like seeing your fears or blocks as the fears of your enemy which prevented then from being a mature adult or better human.
