you said there were steps to be taken for reaching HA or TR , if I know were I am and there is a clearly defined path to follow I would know what to do next.  That's the main thing.

It does sound a bit like a program - as if I have a say in it and that I doubt.

Maybe I would just like a reality check, did I do what I think I did or was it all bulls. ?

it's the middle of the night and I'm not too clear about it all.

Why should I care what other's perception of me matter to me? I thought for a second that I cared to know where I am, but then realized it was ridiculous and decided  that I don't give a f$&ck! Isn't that great? I said to myself. It feels good not to care. Liberating

Anything that helps set fire to my identity is another weapon for the arsenal, thanks J-sizzle.

Only individuals with an aberrant temperament can in the long run retain self esteem in the face of disesteem of their fellows. Apparent exceptions to the rule are met with, especially among those with strong religious convictions. But these apparent exceptions are scarcely real exceptions - since such persons commonly fall back on the putative approbation of some supernatural witness of their deeds. Thorstein Veblen

You love it, your maya/ego hates it because it is threatening and unknown. Almost everything Maya does is to maintain an illusion of control.

Love ya, Jed.

Of course we ALL realize that Jed has NOTHING to do with our crossing the line of H/A or T/R or whatever!
We ALL of us do this stuff on our own with no Jed intrusion or help, right? It's mano a mano.
This is fun and all, all of us having read Jed's books and having this cool party on this site, etc., but the real deal is outside of this realm.
I'm sure you would agree, Jed.

Yup... you're going to have to come up with some of the answers yourself, especially the final one.

Thank you for sharing your feelings Sparrow.

Love ya, Jed.

P.S. Remember, you need to make appointments in order to have disappointments.

I'm guessing the point of hearing what others have to say about me and what they think about where I'm at has less to do with what they say and think, and more with my own process around hearing the info and how that filters through my system.  Feel proud at what they say? too caught up constructing my ego perfectly.  Shame? too caught up in constructing it imperfectly.  Fear around hearing feedback? Maya rules.  Resistance and disdain at the idea? Ditto.

No charge at all, no attachment, no resistance?  Maybe I'm getting somewhere...

>A number of members have expressed a desire to know where they are on the H/A journey. I have developed a method of measuring just such a thing. It requires input from you, and as a balancing mechanism, from some friends and/or acquaintances. It will assist you in navigating to and through adulthood. It's not T/R, but it's a foundation for your present and future well being. I have never seen anything like it and think you will find it practical and useful on your journey. Just wanted to share that.<

Do only the NAVers have access to this method?
I gotta say that I am curious.
Does 'measuring' have anything to do with belly-breathing?

Yours in gratitude,

JDas

The process is only included in the Nav Series because it requires a training and context. Also, it has nothing to do with the breath, a completely different subject, but valuable, none the less.

sign me up for it! I got the obsession to realize the truth whatever it takes.

I wanna grab every oppertunity that bring me closer to it (laughing about the getting closer part - an teacher once told me: getting closer to the truth is like almost winning the lottery - this one sticked with me while all other things he said seems to be forgotten.

Do I need to e-mail you or something? And if so what do I need to put in the e-mail?
It's cambodianashram@gmail.com if i'm not mistaken?

Thanks!

Love,
