@Lian

Could you define infinity? Isn't all we are trying to get rid of finity?
I'm just curious.. How could infinity be just a concept?

The concept of infinity is based on the concept of finiteness, of more than one. If there are at least two things, one can imagine infinitely many. All these concepts are based on the idea that there is more than one thing. If there is only one thing, how could one imagine finitely or infinitely many things?

You can certainly imagine it, but that's just another thought and not it.

The fire cave is like the light at the end of the tunnel. You finally arrived at light, so you may think that's it, but the source of the light is somewhere else. As you advance, the light gets brighter. If you are selfish, you may stop your journey at any point, believing Maya's lies that you have already arrived.

Yes, and that's why I repeat ''further''.

T/R is NOT an experience, it cannot be imagined, conceived of, explained away... yet it is inevitable. It is what you are... and ''further'' always applies.

I remember vaguely the first time i got that.

Atoms? Molecules? Would you die for that being true? Would I die? What would I die for? Funny stuff for those that kinda get it.

I suggest starting with a pretty safe assumption... you have never been deader that you are right now. I only know of three people (one being me) who are what I consider to be genuinely alive. But, that's just my experience. You have your own to focus now... go focus... not out there but on one what out there is occurring in.

Jed, could you please define "genuinely alive"?

I could make up something, but not going to bother. It's just my experience and not that significant.

Lian, I'll counter your quote with another quote if I may;

"That which is infinite cannot be many, for many-ness is a finite concept. To have infinity you must identify or define that infinity as unity; otherwise, the term does not have any referent or meaning. In an Infinite Creator there is only unity. "

Infinity in One thing. :) Not many things. ;)

I had to look up mind on wikipedia so I know what isn't.
I hardly believe there is a mind beyond words and reasoning... Does that make me beyond mind?
I don't think so... I guess I have other beliefs then that in some magical way make up a mind, cause I do get attached and emotional sometimes.
I have one question though.. How do I know that I am "done"?

The test for ''done'' is deceptively simple, just like Truth: If you have to ask, you aren't done''.
