The fire in Plato's cave is like the light at the end of the tunnel. On the other side of the tunnel there is myself. I project this light in order to see the surroundings, to guide myself toward myself. I do it subconsciously, but I became aware of it. This light seems to be the manifestation of my ego, guiding it in the process of awakening.

Having two or more points of view allows me to see my context and thus facilitates my way up?

It looks like I would no longer follow the herd, as any sheep promotes its ego (by having only one point of view, by playing one role at a time).

A little bit of both, I guess. The picture is not very clear though.

By having different points of view, I can impersonate everyone. I can play any role.

My ego wants to improve itself, but I am already perfect, so ego is not really necessary.

I can hardly see this perfection. I still have an ego that hides my vision. I believe Maya imposes people this limitation of the senses in order to survive. All people probably believe they have to function at a diminished capacity, although they probably don't know why this should be necessary.

The world functions automatically. It's all impersonal. People are controlled by their feelings and insights (intuition). There is a subconscious communication between people (like the subspace communication between the Borg), informing people, which behave based on their programming.
