So sounds like the "dying of the child and birthing of the adult" is actually the way to childlike joy... hmmm... so the (lowercase c) child is what actually chokes out the Child?

The common notion of "inner child work" seems directed at the child, and it seems like the way through HA/SA is actually blowing away that whole notion of a child within an adult, so an Adult is born that is As a Child.

I'm just typing stuff here.  How's it look?

Is that a check list?

I do not match much to that list, instead,

I have a symptom list.

  • Symptom 1:  I forget things very often

More precisely, I often forget what I did, what I'd said, what I am going to do. No brain damage, I just have a loose connection from thoughts to thoughts. So sometimes I lose count when I am doing workout.

  • Symptom 2: I have powerful emotions
I become more and more energetic, talkative. When I do not perceive my emotions, they will become very powerful. When I happy, I fly like a bird. When I am sad, I curl like a ball of yarn. When I get anxiety, I feel thousands thousands of ants bitting my body.

I was an intellectual person, but now I ain't. I do things by my emotions, my feelings. Control it? No

  • Symptom 3: sometimes feel physical uncomfortable feeling without any reason
If that feeling happen years ago, I will say that it is depression. I feel not right, heavy feeling by my chest without any reason.

[/list]

So from the above list,

None Myth #1: You will be happy and no longer experience sorrow.

I fail. If I do not intent to feel my emotions, I will even have much more powerful emotions than other people (because there is no thought stop me).

None Myth #2: You will lose all sense of guilt and regret.

I don't have sense of guilt nor regret. Score!
because I'd got rid of much bullshits, so there is very rare case that I will regret.

None Myth #3: Attaining H/A will assist in adjusting to T/R.

Don't know what is T/R. I failed.

None Myth #4: Attaining H/A will destroy existing relationships.

I do not destroy relationships. I don't care much about others. It is funny to observe everything. I failed

None Myth #4: You will lose weight, tan better, grow a thicker head of hair and become more attractive.

I do not lose weight, but I become more attractive from my appearance and my energy.

I wonder about the ages of development throughtout time.  Life has crawled out of a somewhat rough primordial crib.  PTS patterns entrusted to the sabertoothed wilds and unfortunate attempts at parenting to ensure survival of a trust in fear. Then there's a pushing the edge or leaping away from those strange limitations.  This emerging reckless naieve toddler or adolescent, or is it the mid life identity crisis walking the plank today?  Desperate for something new to hold onto... something worhtwhile before facing the grave.   :-*

Besides crystal clear about knowing the happening thoughts and roots inside me, what else are needed to achieve H.A.?

You aren’t guilt or at fault for what arises but 100% responsible for fueling and keeping it alive. Sure, it may not have been entirely anyone’s fault about how they felt about the situation initially but how long we marinate in it is up to us. We choose to keep our nose in the sh#t. Some want out and others enjoy it. If you want out, then do it and no reason to try to recruit anyone with you who clearly enjoys it. And those who want out? It’s up to you. Clearly you don’t want out as much as you say you do...do you? Anyways, I’ve got places I would like to see, it’s time to bounce...Talking more to myself at this point...*walks off
