Yep, laughter speaks volumes and so nice when it bubbles up.

Hi Winston:

Thanks for sharing.  No other threads to be created. Keep it to you and you along. You experiences are a doorway  and every else a distraction. Positive pressure, patience and deep breathing.

Just stick with it.

Love ya, Jed.

Thanks Jed, I suppose Im learning to listen, to pick up on a more sensitive and right way to go about things. Music has been opening doors, and thats something. To think I was heading towards a doctorate in organic chemistry, and now, it seems so utterly ridiculous, and yet not having a real known, seems like something that may need some attention.  There is abit of fear of nothing on the horizon. Everything is upside down. I cant force things. Ive gone to write in that spot I made, and just cannot force it. I used to feel and actually perceived newness and I made such a big deal, as though newness was some prize, and it obviously is on one level, but its irrelevant, nothing can capture this. Sort of freeing to feel that, so thanks again for the breathing tip. Im 56 Jed, and my sis hit 60, and I see that Im up there to, lols. Age just seems absurd, but Im banging on about it. Another crack that might need some seeing.

Take care Mr Jed

Love
Winston.
