What would be a "true being"? As opposed to an "untrue being"? Is there really a distinction?

i think the distinction  might be, truth.     as i imagine IT to BE, free from distortion.

Could it be that any being is untrue, because Truth isn't "this"?

im not sure of anything here.. its a going by the seat of my pants sort of thing.  but what i sense here is that  true  and free are irrelavant. because. they are full of judgement in there very nature .  so let me   just. ax the words. free and true. and thank you for that..  i like  BEiNG. though..  that is a state that one can   recognize.  so i want. to  BE.    my greatest potential.

Be careful not to get caught up in words. The are traps of the highest order. I suggest you don't set out to be anything, finding out who/what you are is sufficient.

Love ya, Jed.

i think i understand not getting caught up in words. but im not sure entirely..  as i write what i notice is that sometimes the whole process becomes restricted. and accompanied with a feeling of discomfort, searching, trying.
the opposite i imagine, would just flow without effort.    wanting to exspress myself, perhaps the  best thing to do would be notice when the restrictive feeling arrives, and stop.   so how does one know when they are "caught up". in words. and i do like that term, being caught, as it seems to explain.  another thing that has come up is. if one is not able to flow, if that is ideal,  than how can one get there ideas out?

Just the way the game was set up.

My 2 $/100..

Sometimes like this morning my body hijacks well, itself from control.

I was planning on going to buy breakfast and ended up driving into centre to have a coffe and a breakfast.

On the way a lot of fear of judgment and some ligh shame and anxiety about others perception. Ye, im alone again.

Im also underdressed, maybe a bit unclean also...

But the main point is when my body does its thing i always expect some ultra experience or a cool rush of emotions but that doesnt happen. So in reality all sort of new stuff im not doing for any a thing.

Which is just...
